Alternate subway service to/from Manhattan's East Side
The 7 Subway train to and from Grand Central Terminal or Times Square can be accessed from the LIRR's Hunterspoint Avenue or Long Island City stations. Our Hunterspoint Avenue Station is located adjacent to the Hunters Point Avenue stop on the 7 Subway line, and the Long Island City Station is located two short blocks from the Vernon/Jackson subway stop on the 7 Subway line. The 7 Subway train provides easy access to Grand Central Terminal and Manhattan's East Side. Please note that Hunterspoint Avenue and Long Island City service is provided by the LIRR during rush hours only.
