Sleigh bells ringing, children singing, and photos with Santa will be among the memorable events at the Port Jefferson Village Annual Santa Parade and Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 28th. The parade starts at the Port Jefferson train station at 1:00 PM and goes down Main Street to the Chamber of Commerce Office where Santa will be taking photos with children. The Annual Tree Lighting will begin at dusk.

The MTA Long Island Rail Road’s one-day “Port Jeff Village” non-escorted package is the best way for families to participate in this merry event, which will feature free candy and plenty of holiday carolers. The package includes discounted round-trip rail tickets, two Lindy’s Taxi stubs and a “LIRR Port Jeff Customer Coupon.” The package cost is $25 for adults, $10.00 for children 5-11.
