Firms who are interested in participating in the M-9 Project, as a potential subcontractor or supplier, should provide the following information via e-mail to the Railroads Procurement Officer, Ms. Maura Kelly (makelly@lirr.org). LIRR will post your information on the M-9 RFP website that proposers have access to, and if interested, they will contact you directly.
