Learn about the human body, its form and function, its vulnerability and potential, and the challenges it faces navigating the 21st century. BODY WORLDS: PULSE is an inspiring, immersive multimedia exhibition about health, wellness, and living to the beat of life in a vibrant, fast-paced city. It is an exhibition unlike any other. Body donors who willed their bodies, after death, for plastination and the education of future generations, act as guides and teachers on this unforgettable journey of discovery.

Seal Cruises
Join the Riverhead Foundation aboard the "Lady JV" on a two-hour-plus cruise to view harbor seals. A naturalist on board the boat will discuss biology and the behavior of seals and the other marine life encountered. Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. All proceeds support the N.Y.S. Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue Program.

Sagtikos Manor
The Sagtikos Manor was built in 1697, and expanded in 1772 and 1902. The estate served as headquarters for the British Army on Long Island for a brief time during the Revolutionary War. President George Washington stayed there during his tour of Long Island in 1790.

Ways to Save on Train Travel
- Small groups of adults can save with LIRR Off-Peak Ten Trip tickets which offer 15% off fares and can be shared. These tickets are good for six months and are available at "Ticket" machines and offices.
- Groups of 30 or more can save with LIRR Group Rates, however smaller groups (15 or more) may also save by paying this rate for 30 people. Call 511, say LIRR, then "Group Travel" to make a reservation.
- Family Travel Tip: The LIRR Family Fare allows up to four children, ages 5-11, to travel for $1.00 each way on off-peak trains when accompanied by an adult; children under 5 ride free.
