Buying Tickets In Advance at Ticket Machines
Gray, green and blue machines accept credit and debit cards; gray and green machines also accept cash. Select "Deals & Getaways", then "Long Island Getaways" followed by the tour or package of your choice (listed in alphabetical order). Escorted tour tickets can be purchased up to midnight on Thursday of the week of the tour. Non-escorted "Package" tickets are available on all days that are valid for without time restrictions.

At Ticket Offices
LIRR ticket offices accept cash, personal checks,credit and debit cards. Escorted tour tickets go on sale at least 7 days before each trip and can be purchased up to 30 minutes before the train leaves at open ticket offices. Non-escorted "Package" tickets are available on all days that are valid for without time restrictions.

TRAIN SCHEDULES AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ESCORTED TOURS MAY BE CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, TRACKWORK, ETC. For updated information, check your train times before your trip or call 718-217-LIRR to confirm status of escorted tours.

Rail tickets are valid for 14 days from date of sale, refundable for 30 days from date of sale (full package only) - subject to $10 refund processing fee per transaction.

Please board the rear car of the train for escorted trips except Calverton; Calverton customers should use the head car to transfer more easily to the bus at Central Islip.
