Thank you for purchasing this package to one of the area’s most historic sites, in this lovely and quaint town. Don’t forget to visit “downtown” Cold Spring for some fabulous antiques and crafts shopping.

As you can see, you have received two tickets: a round‑trip rail ticket (VALID FOR OFF‑PEAK TRAVEL ONLY), and a special event ticket marked “BOSCOBEL.”

To get to Boscobel, take Metro‑North’s Hudson Line to Cold Spring Station. Give the conductor your rail ticket to punch and give back to you. Make sure to hold on to your rail ticket for your return trip home.

When you get off the train, walk north along the foot path until you reach Main Street. Look for the trolley sign by the corner of Main Street. The trolley makes local stops on Main Street and at several other cultural attractions (50¢ fare; 25¢ for seniors). For more information, call 845-878-RIDE. You can also call ahead for a taxi (845-265-8294 or 866-304-5466), or just walk the 1.5 mile to Boscobel.

Be sure to pick up a current Hudson Line timetable prior to departing Grand Central.

When you get to Boscobel, simply turn in your special event ticket at the reception desk in the Visitor’s Center.
