The experience
The Original GLBT Expo is celebrating the 20th year anniversary as the oldest and the largest consumer/business event in the United States with over 20,000 attendees each year from the GLBT Community.

There are over 400 interactive exhibits highlighting the diverse Gay Lifestyle including travel, food & beverage, financial, home, health, products & family.  Non-stop entertainment on the main stage, with award-winning performers…GLBT video lounge, the  largest gay Wedding Expo and the most complete gay Travel Show all under one roof.

GLBT Expo

Joining our Expo family is the New York's Top Gay Chef Contest which will take place on the show floor as well as the Gay Professionals "Meet & Greet" Wine Tasting and Pairing event. Other features include the Gay Film Festival, Psychic Mary Occhino and #1 Billboard entertainment.

The show floor is filled with hundreds of interactive exhibits where attendees can meet with Fortune 1000 and Gay owned companies that are interested in working with the Gay Community. There will be lots of food and beverage sampling, giveaways and great fun for all. Each year over 20,000 from the Gay Community attend from all over the US and the world.

Metro-North monthly/weekly ticket holders who wish to purchase only the Auto Show admission ticket must do so at a Metro-North ticket office. Discount will not be honored by presenting your rail pass at the GLBT Expo.

 

The deal

  • ADMISSION: On sale February 18. Discount Show admission: adults, $10; seniors/disabled/individuals receiving Medicare, $8; children under 12 free.
  • RAIL FARE: Discount round-trip rail fare.  Check here for price from your boarding station.

Purchase your rail/cruise ticket from any Metro-North ticket office or full-service ticket vending machine (excluding Grand Central).

Getting There

Address: Jacob K. Javits Center (Eleventh Avenue between 34th - 40th Streets; entrance at 35th Street).

    Take the Hudson, Harlem or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there take the westbound M42 (42nd Street between Park and Vanderbilt Avenues) to 11th Avenue and walk a few blocks to the Javits Center. (Bus fare is NOT included in package price).
