Thank you for purchasing this exciting package. You’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the home of some of your favorite NBC shows, past and present.

As you can see, you have received two tickets: a round-trip rail ticket (VALID FOR OFF-PEAK TRAVEL ONLY) and a special event ticket marked “NBC STUDIO.” When you board your Metro-North train, give the conductor your rail ticket. It will be punched and given back to you. Make sure to hold onto your rail ticket for your return trip home.

To take the tours, present your ticket that says “NBC STUDIO” at the NBC Experience Store ticket desk, located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, on the corner of 49^th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. That ticket will be exchanged for a tour ticket. (Reservations are STRONGLY recommended. Tours frequently sell out). You will be given a spot on the next available tour which lasts approximately one hour and 10 minutes.

Take the Hudson, Harlem or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there take the following:

Bus: Take the M1, M2, M3, M4, or Q32 bus (located on Madison Avenue and 42^nd Street) uptown to 48^th Street. Walk two blocks west to Rockefeller Plaza (across Fifth Avenue).

Walking: Exit the Terminal using the Grand Central North exit at Madison Avenue/47^th Street. Walk one block north to 48^th Street. Walk two blocks west to Rockefeller Plaza (across Fifth Avenue). The walk takes approximately 15 minutes.
