Norwalk Seaport Oyster Festival Here's a "pearl of wisdom": Do not miss the 31st Annual Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival...it promises to be the biggest and best ever!

The festivities take place at Veteran's Park on the lovely Norwalk Harbor. There's something for everyone, including headline musical entertainment performing on three stages, skydivers, a children's activity area, amusement rides, arts and crafts booths, a food court, recreation and leisure demonstrations, harbor tours, an oyster pavilion, environmental and maritime displays, and so much more. Shucks! You can't beat that for an incredible day of fun!

The best part - proceeds from the Oyster Festival go to the restoration and preservation of the Sheffield Island Lighthouse and to marine environment programs for children taught by the Norwalk Seaport Association. Festival hours are Friday, 6 PM - 11 PM; Saturday, 11 AM - 11 PM; Sunday, 11 AM - 6 PM.
