- New West-Of Hudson Timetables Effective June 2
- Minor changes to a small number of weekday connections between Secaucus Junction and New York-Penn Station.
- A platform construction project at Secaucus Junction station will require the use of one platform for all weekend trains in both directions (there are normally two platforms). To accommodate the reduced platform capacity during the construction, most weekend Port Jervis and Pascack Valley Line trains will be adjusted between 12 minutes earlier and 15 minutes later; of the trains being adjusted, most will run between 1 and 3 minutes earlier than they currently do.
- A number of weekend Port Jervis trains will have their travel time lengthened between 2 and 5 minutes, with an average of 3 minutes.

- 3:12 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Tarrytown, Ossining and Croton-Harmon.

- The 5:29 PM train to Poughkeepsie will not operate.
- The 5:57 PM to Croton-Harmon will not operate.

- 2:18 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, then all stations between Scarsdale and North White Plains.
- 3:14 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, then White Plains and North White Plains only.
- 3:37 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, White Plains, then all stations between Goldens Bridge through Southeast.
- The 5:25 PM to Brewster will not operate.
- The 7 PM to North White Plains will not operate.
- 12:04 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Westport, and all stations between Fairfield and New Haven.
- 1:04 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Westport, and all stations between Fairfield and New Haven.
- 1:59 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Stamford, then all stations to South Norwalk.
- 2:04 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Westport then all stations between Fairfield and New Haven.
- 2:28 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck and Harrison.
- 2:31 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Westport, Fairfield then all stops between Fairfield and New Haven.
- 2:57 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, then all stations between Stamford and South Norwalk.

- The 5:17 PM to Harrison and the 5:20 PM to New Rochelle are combined, departing Grand Central at 5:20 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street and all stations between Mount Vernon East and Harrison.
- The 5:36 PM to Harrison will not operate.
- The 5:59 PM to Harrison and 6:02 PM to New Rochelle are combined, departing Grand Central at 6:02 PM, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, and all stops between Mount Vernon East and Harrison.
- The 6:11 PM to New Haven will also stop at South Norwalk and Westport.
- The 6:17 PM to Bridgeport will not operate.
- The 6:38 PM to Harrison will not operate.
- The 7:11 PM to Harrison will not operate.
- The 8:04 PM to New Haven will not operate.
On Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26, regular Saturday and Sunday schedules will be in effect.
On Memorial Day (Monday, May 27), trains will operate a Sunday schedule with one extra inbound (to Grand Central) train. This train will depart New Haven at 7:47 PM and make local stops to Fairfield, then Westport, before going express to GCT.
Most connecting services will not operate on Monday, May 27. However, the Tappan Zee Express will operate on a Saturday schedule.
Friday, May 24 Getaway Service
On the Hudson Line:

Hudson Line Connecting Services:
The Hudson Rail Link will begin a peak level of buses at Spuyten Duyvil starting with the 2:20 PM train from Grand Central, and at Riverdale starting with the 3:20 PM train from Grand Central.
The Haverstraw – Ossining Ferry will have an early ferry trip that will meet the 2:51 PM train from Grand Central, which arrives Ossining at 3:48 PM. Since the 5:57 PM and 6:19 PM trains will not operate, a 6 PM train from Grand Central, which arrives Ossining at 6:50 PM, will be met by the ferry.
The Newburgh – Beacon Ferry will have three early trips, meeting the 2:48 PM, the 3:18 PM and 3:50 PM trains from Grand Central.
On the Harlem Line:

Friday, May 24:
On the Port Jervis Line:
An early getaway train will depart Hoboken at 2:45 PM, stopping at Secaucus Junction, and all stops between Suffern and Port Jervis. Customers wishing to connect to this train from Penn Station should be on the 2:29 PM departure from Penn Station and transfer at Secaucus Junction.
To accommodate the early getaway train, the 6:11 PM departure from Hoboken to Port Jervis will not operate.
On the Pascack Valley Line:
The regularly scheduled Friday only train will depart Hoboken at 2:58 PM, stopping at Secaucus Junction, at select stations in New Jersey, then Pearl River, Nanuet and Spring Valley. Customers wishing to connect to this train from Penn Station should be on the 2:51 PM departure from Penn Station and transfer at Secaucus Junction.
To accommodate this train, the 7:20 PM express from Hoboken to Pearl River, Nanuet and Spring Valley will not operate.
Memorial Day, Monday, May 27:
On Port Jervis Line:
An extra afternoon train will depart Port Jervis at 4:07 PM and make all stops through Suffern, then Secaucus Junction and Hoboken. Customers wishing to travel to Penn Station will need to transfer at Secaucus Junction.

- Wassaic Branch Substitute Busing Temporarily Suspended Fri., May 24 - Mon., May 27
Regular scheduled train service will resume Friday, May 24 beginning with the northbound 3:21 PM train from Southeast to Wassaic and the southbound 4:21 PM train from Wassaic to Southeast.
Regular weekend train service will run Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26.
Regular holiday train service will run on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27.
On Tuesday, May 28, 2013, substitute busing resumes.
