David S. Mack is a senior partner in The Mack Company, a real estate development firm with headquarters in Fort Lee, New Jersey and offices in New York and Arizona, and is a director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, with headquarters in Edison, New Jersey.

Mr. Mack serves on the boards of UJA of Greater New York and Long Island, Israel Bonds, New York Holocaust Memorial Committee, Boys Town of Jerusalem, Hofstra University, North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System Foundation, Palm Beach Community Chest and United Way, the Joseph L. Morse Geriatric Center, and Pratt Institute.

He has held numerous public service positions including member, New York State Legislative Commission on Expenditure and Review; assistant police commissioner, Nassau County Police Department; first deputy commissioner, City of Long Beach Police in Long Beach, NY; deputy superintendent, New York State Police; member, Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; and member, Judicial Screening Committee for County of Nassau Judges.
