Select the public hearing from list at right at which you would like to testify..

Fill in your e-mail address.  If you have not used this system before, we will ask you for your name when you submit your request.

“MTA Service” and “Category”
These menus have been selected for you.  Please do not change these pre-selections as a change may delay the proper handling of your registration.

“Date and Time of Event” and “Location of Event”
You may leave these items blank.

In the text box below the subject line, please enter the following required information:

      *First and Last Name
      *Address
      *Phone Number

Click “Next…..”

You will be provided with additional information regarding your registration

Click “Send E-mail” to submit your registration.

You will receive confirmation of your registration within 15 business days.
