Penn Station Access Study

Metro-North Railroad is conducting the Penn Station Access Major Investment Study/Draft Environmental Impact Statement (MIS/DEIS) to examine alternatives for improving access between the Metro-North service area east of the Hudson River and Penn Station, New York, on the West Side of Manhattan. Metro-North services currently terminate at Grand Central Terminal on the East Side of Manhattan. This study will examine opportunities to expand travel options for existing and potential new Metro-North customers.
