MTA Seeks Proposals to Manage 65,000 Sq. Ft. of Retail Space at Fulton Center
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking proposals from experienced developers and property managers for a long-term master lease of the Fulton Center. This iconic development will include approximately 65,000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space and over 50 revenue-generating multimedia displays in the newly-constructed Fulton Building, historic Corbin Building, and the Dey Street Headhouse and Concourse. The Fulton Center will link 9 subway lines, PATH service, and the World Trade Center Site, improving travel for nearly 300,000 transit riders every day.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATES
September 10, 2012: MTA will be holding another tour of the Fulton Center on Friday September 10th. Timeslots available at 10am and 12pm. Please email Jennifer Lozano at JLFC0712@mtacc.info no later than Monday September 3rd to register for the tour.
September 21, 2011: The Pre-Proposal conference has been rescheduled for Friday, September 21st at 2pm. The conference will take place at 2 Broadway in the 20th floor conference room. Please email Michellee Hairston at MHairston@mtacc.info to register for the event by Thursday September 20th noon.
September 27, 2011: Due to the rescheduling of the Pre-Proposal conference the Proposer Questions are now due on September 27th. All questions should be submitted to JLFC0712@mtacc.info
