Alcoholic beverages observed at LIRR facilities will be confiscated by MTA Police. The LIRR will not sell alcoholic beverages on June 10.

The parade steps off at 11 AM at Fifth Avenue and 44th Street in Manhattan.

Customers are advised to purchase round-trip tickets at LIRR ticket offices or from ticket machines before boarding to avoid paying higher on board fares and to avoid long lines. Customers traveling in small groups can also save by purchasing the off-peak ten-trip ticket, which can be used by more than one person, even companions traveling together. The Family Fare provides an economical opportunity to bring the kids. Up to four children (ages 5-11) can ride with each adult (18 or over) for only 75-cents per child each way when tickets are purchased at a ticket office or ticket machine for off-peak travel. The cost is one dollar per child if purchased on-board trains.
