Harlem Globetrotters Say, 'LIRR Is the Way to See Us Play at Barclays Center in Brooklyn'

For the world famous Harlem Globetrotters, it was "All aboard!" MTA Long Island Rail Road to tell Long Islanders that the LIRR is the best way get to the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn to see the team entertain on Sunday, October 7 at 5 PM.

Globetrotters Hammer Harrison, Big Easy Lofton, TNT Maddox, Buckets Blakes, Bull Bullard and even Globie, the team mascot, took the 1:13 PM train from Jamaica to Atlantic Terminal, Brooklyn on Thursday, September 13, signing autographs, posing for photos and making sure that LIRR customers knew that they could save $7 on every ticket they purchased for the Globetrotters first-ever appearance in the borough of Brooklyn.
