The next guest, Mr. Shibu John of Technical Services and Engineering, NYC Transit Department of Buses, made a presentation about the NYC Transit Bus Initiatives Pilot Program on the M34 route in Manhattan, that gives customers access to real time bus service information.  In addition, M34 buses in the program have been equipped with speakers and digital LED signs programmed to announce each upcoming stop.
