Design Inspiration
Lambertson Truex designed their MTA Zip Continental Wallet for the New York woman who is always on the go. The small pocket on the outside of the wallet keeps her MetroCard at her fingertips. This genuine glazed crocodile wallet features signature LT hardware.

About the Designers
Richard Lambertson began his career in merchandising, working for Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Barneys New York. He went on to work with Geoffrey Beene before becoming design director of the Gucci Group. In 1994 Richard returned to Bergdorf Goodman as the senior vice president and creative director. Before teaming up with Lambertson, John Truex worked with accessory designer Carlos Falchi, where he rose to the position of vice president of design. John also served as director of design and sourcing for the ck Calvin Klein division of the Nine West Group. In 1997, Lambertson and Truex capitalized on their combined knowledge and created an accessories company of their own, beginning exclusively with bags in 1998, and expanding into shoes and small leather goods in 2000.
