Responsibilities: Assist in the operations of the Office of the Legal Liaison Unit with processing of large volumes of legal documents that are kept on file at the main office, in compliance with NYCTs Record Retention Schedule. Perform data entry, filing and handling of records. Ability to multitask
and follow up on the numerous work requests received by the Legal Liaison Unit.
Special Qualifications or Background Needed:
Some computer skills, administrative skills and good customer service skills required. Accuracy is essential in this very busy office.

Overview of Dept/Division: The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (Office of EEO) is a subdivision of the Office of the Executive Vice President with a direct report also to the Office of the President. The Office of EEO is two specialty units Investigations and EEO Compliance.
Responsibilities: The Division is responsible for investigating complaints made by employees, applicants, and all other persons who believe they have been subjected to discrimination. The Division is also responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of NYCT's EEO and Title VI Programs. The incumbent may assist in any of these functions.
