Get On The NYCT Bidders List
We encourage all vendors interested in doing business with NYCT to get on our bidders list. This process requires the completion of the NYCT On-Line Bidder List Registration. Your submitted application must include your federal tax identification number and a valid email address. Once you are registered and have received a confirming e-mail with your NYCT PIN and pasword, you will be required to select your bidders lists from the NYC Transit Bid List Codes for Materials (PDF file) and NYC Transit's Bid List Codes for Services (PDF file) and submitted on the NYC Transit Bidder List Maintenance Form. All future updates to your NYCT vendor profile, especially your contact's e-mail address, must be done on our Vendor Information Update Website.
Bid Results
The bid results for Non-Construction and Construction and Architectural/Engineering opportunities from the previous six months sorted by solicitation/bid number and updated weekly. The low bidder listed is not, in all cases, the vendor awarded the contract.

D/M/WBE Sub-Contracting Opportunities
D/M/WBE firms interested in NYCT sub-contracting opportunities currently registered on the NYCT bidders list can visit the NYCT Prime Contractor & D/M/WBE Sub-Contractor Connection System to express their sub-contracting interest. Prime contractors can also utilize this system's database to obtain information on the D/M/WBE firms on our bidders list to help them achieve their D/M/WBE goal.
