| Route adjustment and bus stop change in Middle Village |

To provide more reliable service and avoid traffic congestion at the intersection of
Metropolitan Av and Woodhaven Blvd, the QM12 will be rerouted from Metropolitan Av to
Woodhaven Blvd via Trotting Course Ln.
The bus stop on Metropolitan Av at Woodhaven Blvd will be relocated one block northeast
to Trotting Course Ln at Alderton St.
Customers traveling to or from 6 Av in Midtown Manhattan have the option of taking the
QM15, which stops on Woodhaven Blvd at Metropolitan Av. The QM15 and QM12
6 Av branch make similar stops in Manhattan. |
