Dear / lines customers:

Your Rider Report Card responses have been tabulated, and it's time to share the results.

Before doing so, let me take a moment to thank the  2,015 customers that responded to this survey.  We appreciate the time you gave to share your feedback, and look forward to providing better service for all / customers.

 

You gave the / an overall performance grade of C-

Your Top Ten Priorities for improvement:

1. Reasonable wait times for trains
2. Minimal delays during trips  
3. Sense of security on trains    
4. Adequate room on board at rush hour  
5. Train announcements that are easy to hear
6. Station announcements that are easy to hear
7. Sense of security in stations
8. Cleanliness of subway cars
9. Cleanliness of stations
10.Working elevators and escalators in stations

We hear you.  Here’s what we’ve done so far and what we plan to do to serve you better.

• Employees responsible for each of the topics you rated have received your    results.
• Supervisors have been directed to coordinate review and make    recommendations.
•  I will personally review these recommendations and set a date for    implementation.
•  You should see improvements, and to be sure, we will be back again next    year with a 2008 Rider Report Card so you can let us know.
