Because of increasingly heavy traffic delays on 3 Av, westbound B103 buses to Downtown Brooklyn
will operate non-stop from the Prospect Expwy to Flatbush Av via 7 Av, 9 St and 5 Av instead of 3 Av.
Customers using the westbound bus stop on 3 Av at State St should use the nearby bus stop on
Livingston St at Nevins St instead.
All other westbound bus stops are unchanged.
Eastbound route and bus stops are unchanged.
