July MTA Board and Committee Meetings Rescheduled as a Precaution to Avoid Conflict with any Potential LIRR Disruption
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) announced today the July MTA Board and Committee meetings have been rescheduled in order to avoid any conflict with a potential strike impacting the Long Island Rail Road. Committee meetings previously scheduled for Monday, July 21 have been rescheduled for the following Monday, July 28 at the following times:
Joint Metro-North & LIRR Committee Mtg.
NYCT/MTA Bus Committee Mtg.
B & T Committee Meeting
Finance Committee Meeting
Diversity Committee Meeting
Additionally, the MTA Board meeting, previously scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, will take place at 2:30 p.m. on July 28 following the Committee meetings.
Meetings will be held at MTA Headquarters, 347 Madison Avenue, 5th Floor Board Room.
