Service Advisory Weekend Subway Changes Affecting Service On The 146ACDFRW

Because of capital construction work on the NYC Transit subway system, the following changes will be in place over the weekend. This work is part of NYC Transit's ongoing $10 billion Capital Rebuilding Program aimed at upgrading and maintaining our tracks, stations and signal systems in order to continue to provide our customers with safe and reliable service.

From 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, November 24 and Sunday, November 25, downtown 1 trains skip 238th, 231st, and 225th Streets due to rail work south of 238th Street.

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, November 24 and Sunday, November 25, Manhattan -bound 4 trains skip Bedford Park Blvd, Kingsbridge, Fordham Road and 183rd Streets due to cable work north of Bedford Park Blvd.

From 12:01 a.m. Saturday, November 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, 6 trains run express from 3rd Avenue to Hunts Point Avenue due to a concrete pour.

A

From 12:01 a.m. Sunday, November 25 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, Brooklyn-bound A trains run on the F line from West 4th Street to Jay Streets due to cable work south of Canal Street station. For Spring, Canal, and Chambers Streets, customers may take the E instead. From High Street and Broadway-Nassau, customers may take an uptown A to West 4th St and transfer to a Brooklyn-bound A.

From 12:01 a.m. Sunday, November 25 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, there is no C train service. Manhattan-bound A trains run local from Euclid Avenue to 168th Street. Brooklyn-bound A trains run local from 168th to West 4th Sts. and Jay Street to Euclid Avenue. These changes are due to cable work south of Canal Street station.

From 11 p.m., Friday, November 23 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26 (and weekends through December 3), Bronx-bound D trains run express from 145th Street to Fordham Road due to track/roadbed replacement at 161st Street.

From 12:01 a.m. Saturday, November 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, Manhattan-bound D trains run on the N line from Stillwell Avenue to 36th Street due to track panel work between Bay 50th Street and 9th Avenue stations.

From 12:01 a.m. Saturday, November 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, uptown F trains skip 14th and 23rd Streets due to cable installation north of West 4th Stret station.

From 12:01 a.m. Saturday, November 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 26, Queens-bound F trains run on the V from 47th-50th Streets to Roosevelt Avenue due to signal and ADA work north of Ditmas Avenue station.

The Cortlandt Street Station is closed until further notice while the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey continues to build on the WTC site.
