NYC Transit Snow Throwers Loaned to Metro-North for Snow Duty

On February 9, 2013, a team of New York City Transit employees in the Bronx transferred snow fighting equipment onto flatbed trucks for transportation to Metro-North Railroad, which will use it to clear tracks on the New Haven Line and rail branches in Connecticut.

Snow blowers on loan from MTA New York City Transit were unloaded at Metro-North Railroad's shop in North White Plains.
