MTA New York City Transit is participating in an international survey concerning the bus and subway services in several major cities around the world. A number of public transportation organizations have joined forces with CoMET (Community of Metros) and IBBG (International Bus Benchmarking Group) to conduct a survey to evaluate the quality of their service.

We would like to ask your opinion about different aspects of the service in New York City.
