Hudson Rail Yard RFP

Introduction

The MTA is pleased to host this public exhibition of the design proposals submitted by developers in response to MTA's Requests for Proposals for development of each of the Eastern Rail Yard and Western Rail Yard.

The MTA is in the early stages of evaluating the various proposals for each of the yards and is seeking public input concerning these proposals.

Each developer that submitted a response to the RFPs is being given the opportunity to display models of, and present information about, their proposals.

The MTA is neither endorsing any particular proposal at the exhibition nor is it representing that a proposal conforms either with existing zoning requirements for the Eastern Rail Yard or the design guidelines for the Western Rail Yard.
