The MTA is seeking an experienced developer to create a unique and innovative food and retail program that will transform the mezzanine at 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal into a world-class retail destination featuring a mix of local and nationally recognized brands.
The goal is to curate a program that consists of a variety of food and retail concepts that not only caters to the needs of local workers and residents but also captivates the considerable influx of tourists in the area.
This offering is comprised of one (1) Master Lessee concession containing retail units ranging from approximately 133 square feet to 1,685 square feet encompassing an approximate total of 9,265 square feet. Various utilities connections are currently available.
As part of the RFP, the Master Lessee will be required to install mechanical, electric, plumbing and life safety services that are independent of the 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal retail mezzanine.
