Disposition Letter
TAB can provide an official letter which confirms that you have no unsatisfied Notices of Violation, called a Disposition Letter.
All Notices of Violation issued must be satisfied for you to receive a Disposition Letter. If you have unsatisfied Notices of Violation, TAB will notify you. A Disposition Letter will include all Notices of Violation issued to you, other than fare evasion warnings. You cannot select certain Notices of Violation to be included.
The fee for a Disposition Letter is $5 if you have zero or one prior Notice of Violation, and $10 if you have two or more prior Notices of Violation.
To receive a Disposition Letter on the same day at the TAB office, the outstanding balance of any unsatisfied NOVs must be paid in cash. If you use another payment method, the Disposition Letter will be mailed.
If you email or mail the request, TAB will send the letter by mail. You may check whether your mailing address is correct by calling or visiting TAB. Update your address if it is not.
