About Customer Service Centers

Customer Service Centers are available in several subway stations. They're staffed 24/7 by New York City Transit station agents, who are ready to assist customers with things such as using OMNY or signing up to be a part of our Reduced-Fare program

Station agents are able to meet riders where they are and provide hands-on, 24/7 support. They can help with wayfinding in stations and on platforms, using fare machines or OMNY readers, providing information during service disruptions, and reporting issues related to in-station amenities like elevators or turnstiles. If you're eligible for Fair Fares NYC, you can also start your application at a Customer Service Center.

You can also visit our Customer Service Centers at 3 Stone Street in Lower Manhattan or at the Staten Island Railway's St. George station for in-person help.
