Sean Rosenberry is a university-trained classical violinist, although his true passion is traditional Irish music. A native of Rochester, NY, Sean is a multi-instrumentalist. In addition to being a fiddler, he plays tunes on tenor banjo, mandolin, and accompanies himself on guitar while singing. He is a strong believer in the power of live music and believes that buskers of all kinds are part of the lifeblood of New York City.

Aside from being a performer, Sean is a seasoned music educator with over a decade of teaching experience, both privately and in the classroom. He currently teaches general music and band at an elementary school in the Bronx. When he's not teaching or playing music, Sean is an avid dancer, who enjoys ballet class and local Contra dance.
