EPP online platform migration

EPP has migrated its online platform from Asite to EPIC Platform as of October 14, 2025. EPIC will manage as-built requests, applications, insurance, safety forms, and payments.

About us

The External Partner Program (EPP) guides public- and private-sector developers, designers and contractors through the technical implementation of projects that apply for MTA review and approval. We support our partners through design reviews, construction initiation and coordination, and project closeout. By emphasizing early planning and coordination, we agree on shared goals, limit potential conflicts and realize better projects.

What we do

The External Partner Program streamlines the process for private- and public-sector developers, designers and contractors to complete projects on and directly around MTA property, by:

  • Providing transparent processes and standardized requirements from initial design through final inspection.
  • Defining schedule timelines and holding ourselves accountable to them.
  • Enabling digital submissions, reviews and documentation on the EPIC platform.
  • Promoting sustained collaboration between all parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with MTA construction safety standards, regulations, and guidelines at all project stages.
