If you're traveling to JFK airport this weekend, note that trains are running in two sections this weekend. For a direct trip, take the to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport or the to Howard Beach-JFK Airport.
Here's what else is happening this weekend (also viewable as a map):

- trains are running on the via Roosevelt Island between 21 St-Queensbridge and 2 Av.

Major subway service changes
trains, Brooklyn
and trains aren't running between Crown Heights-Utica Av and New Lots Av from 3:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday because of track replacement work.
- For service between Crown Heights-Utica Av and New Lots Av, take free B99 shuttle buses, which are running between these stations, making all stops.
- trains are running between Harlem-148 St and Crown Heights-Utica Av during the day and evening, every 12 minutes.
- trains are running between Woodlawn and Crown Heights-Utica Av all weekend.
trains, Brooklyn
From 11:15 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday:
- Manhattan-bound local trains are running express from 36 St to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, then skipping DeKalb Av.
- Manhattan-bound and local trains are running express from 36 St to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, skipping DeKalb Av, then running on the to Canal St.
- At Canal St, Queens-bound and local trains are stopping at the platform.
- 96 St-bound trains are running on the from DeKalb Av to Canal St.
- At Canal St, 96 St-bound trains are stopping at the platform.
- Late night trains aren't running between Whitehall St and 59 St.
This is because of electrical work.
- For service to/from local stations between 36 St and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, take a Bay Ridge-bound train.
- For service to/from DeKalb Av, take the or a Coney Island-bound train.
- For service to/from stations between DeKalb Av and Canal St, take a Manhattan-bound train, or use nearby stations.
- During late nights:
- trains are running between 59 St and Bay Ridge-95 St.
- At 59 St, Bay Ridge Av, and 77 St, all trains are stopping at the Manhattan-bound platform.
- For service to/from local stations between 59 St and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, take a Coney Island-bound local train.
- For service to/from DeKalb Av, take the .
- For service between Jay St-MetroTech and Whitehall St-South Ferry, take a Manhattan-bound train.
- trains are running between 59 St and Bay Ridge-95 St.
trains, Manhattan and Queens
From 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, trains are running on the via Roosevelt Island between 21 St-Queensbridge and 2 Av in both directions. This is because of communication and signal work.
- For service to/from Queens Plaza, take an train or use the nearby Queensboro Plaza station.
- For service to/from Court Sq-23 St, take a train.
- During the day and evening, free Q96 shuttle buses are running between 21 St-Queensbridge on the and Court Sq-23 St, stopping at Queens Plaza.
- For service to/from Lexington Av/53 St, use the nearby Lexington Av/59 St station.
- For service to/from 5 Av/53 St, use the nearby stations at 57 St or 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Ctr.
- For service to/from 7 Av, take the .
- For service between 50 St and World Trade Center (Chambers St), take an train.
- During this time, 168 St-bound and Inwood-bound local trains are skipping Spring St, 23 St, and 50 St.
trains, Brooklyn
From 3:45 a.m. Sunday to 10 p.m. Sunday, trains aren't running between Crescent St and Broadway Junction and are running in two sections:
- Between Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer and Crescent St, every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
- Between Broadway Junction and Broad St, every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
This is because of track replacement.
- Free shuttle buses are running between Crescent St and Broadway Junction, making all stops.
Rockaway Park Shuttle, Queens
Rockaway Park Shuttle trains aren't running from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of track maintenance.
- For service to/from Broad Channel, take the .
- For service between Beach 90 St and Rockaway Park-Beach 116 St, take free shuttle buses, which are running between these stations and connecting to Beach 67 St .
Other subway service changes
Several trains are skipping stops in one direction from Friday night to early Monday morning, unless otherwise specified. For service to/from skipped stops, take a train going the opposite direction:
- Van Cortlandt Park-bound trains are not stopping from 215 St to Van Cortlandt Park-242 St from 3:45 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday.
- Manhattan-bound trains are skipping Jackson Av on Sunday from 4:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- trains are running between Eastchester-Dyre Av and E 180 St during this time. service to Bowling Green will start at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Take a train for service in Manhattan.
- All trains are stopping at the uptown platform at 3 Av-149 St.
- Manhattan-bound trains are running express from Parkchester to 3 Av-138 St.
- During the day and evening, the last stop for alternate trains toward Pelham Bay Park is 3 Av-138 St. Transfer to a Pelham Bay Park-bound train to continue your trip. Pelham Bay Park-bound trains are running every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
- Manhattan-bound trains are continuing to skip 69 St, 52 St, 46 St-Bliss St, and 33 St-Rawson St.
- All trains are stopping at the Flushing-bound platform at Woodside-61 St.
- 168 St-bound and Inwood-bound local trains are running express from Canal St to 59 St-Columbus Circle.
- Coney Island-bound trains are running nonstop from 18 Av to Kings Hwy.
- Jamaica-bound trains are not stopping at 169 St.
