If you're traveling to JFK airport this weekend, note that trains aren't running to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport. Take the LIRR, which is accommodating subway riders between Manhattan and Queens at no additional cost, to Jamaica, or the to Howard Beach-JFK Airport.

Major subway service changes
trains, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan
From 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday:
- Between Wakefield-241 St and 3 Av-149 St, every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
- Between 96 St and Flatbush Av-Brooklyn College.
trains aren't running between 3 Av-149 St and 96 St in either direction, and are running in two sections:
- trains aren't running.
- Between E 180 St and Eastchester-Dyre Av, all weekend.
- Between 149 St-Grand Concourse and Bowling Green, every 20 minutes.
trains aren't running between E 180 St and 149 St-Grand Concourse in either direction, and are running in two sections during the day and evening:
This is because of track replacement.
- For service between E 180 St and 3 Av-149 St, take the .
- For service between 3 Av-149 St or Harlem-148 St and 96 St, take free shuttle buses, which are running on three routes:
- Between 3 Av-149 St and 96 St, making all stops.
- Between 3 Av-149 St and 96 St, stopping only at 149 St-Grand Concourse.
- Between Harlem-148 St and 96 St, making all stops.
- When exiting the subway at 3 Av-149 St, 149 St-Grand Concourse, or 96 St, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to reenter.
- For service between 96 St and Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College, take the .
- For service between Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College and New Lots Av, take the , which is running local between these stations all weekend.
- 42 Street Shuttle is running overnight to provide additional service.
trains, Brooklyn
Coney Island-bound
trains are running on the between 36 St and Coney Island-Stillwell Av from 3:45 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday because of track replacement.- For service to/from bypassed stations, transfer to a Manhattan-bound train at 62 St/New Utrecht Av or Coney Island-Stillwell Av.

From 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, signal modernization.
trains are running in both directions between World Trade Center and Kew Gardens-Union Tpke and on the to/from Jamaica-179 St, skipping Sutphin Blvd and Briarwood in the Manhattan-bound direction. This is because of- For service to/from Jamaica-Van Wyck, Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport, and Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer, take free shuttle buses, which are running between Kew Gardens-Union Tpke and these stations.
- When exiting the subway at Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer, Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport, Briarwood, or Kew Gardens-Union Tpke, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
- The LIRR will accommodate subway riders between Manhattan and Queens for no additional cost at Penn Station, Grand Central, and Jamaica.
- For service to JFK airport , take the LIRR to Jamaica or the to Howard Beach-JFK Airport.
trains, Brooklyn and Manhattan
From 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday:
- trains are running between Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer and Hewes St, every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
trains aren't running between Hewes St and Broad St in either direction.
- trains are running between Middle Village-Metropolitan Av and Myrtle Av.
trains aren't running between Myrtle Av and Delancey St-Essex St in either direction.
This is because of track replacement.
- For service between Myrtle Av and Hewes St, take the .
- For service between Hewes St and Delancey St-Essex St, take free B106 shuttle buses, which are running between these stations and stopping at Marcy Av.
- When exiting the subway at Hewes St or Delancey St-Essex St, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
- For service between Brooklyn and Manhattan, take the train.
- For service to Lower Manhattan, take trains.

and local trains are running express from Canal St to 34 St-Herald Sq from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of track replacement.- For service to/from bypassed stations, take a downtown train.
Long Island Rail Road service changes
Hempstead, Port Jefferson, and Ronkonkoma branches
Eastbound trains aren't stopping at Hollis, Queens Village, and Elmont-UBS Arena from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of track maintenance.
- For service to/from Hollis and Queens Village, take MTA buses, which are accepting LIRR tickets for travel between Jamaica, Hollis, and Queens Village. View a map of your route options and learn more about transferring at the Jamaica Bus Terminal.
- For service to/from Elmont-UBS Arena, use nearby Bellerose.
