Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority, known as MaBSTOA, work out of seven depots to provide bus service throughout Upper Manhattan and the Bronx.  You are entitled to benefits and union representation, but this is not a civil service title. MaBSTOA exams do not follow the rules set forth by the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS).
