Make a Lost and Found Appointment for Subways and Buses

Once we've confirmed we have your lost item, you can make an appointment to pick it up at our office.
Please make an appointment before stopping by the Lost and Found office. If you need to file a claim for an item you have lost, read our guide.

Directions to the office

Our offices are at the 34 St-Penn Station     subway stop. You can take the subway or the M10, M17, M20, or M34 bus to 34 Street/8 Avenue.

If you enter from the street, go to the station booth and tell the station agent you are going to the Lost and Found office. If you have one, show them a lost property claim number or notification postcard. The representative will let you through the turnstiles without having to pay a fare.

Once you are inside the station, take the stairs to the lower mezzanine. Follow the signs to the Lost and Found Office.
