The Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (MWBE/SDVOB) Programs follow New York State guidelines, while the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program follows federal guidelines to create opportunities for eligible HUB firms.
