Transit Adjudication Bureau
The Transit Adjudication Bureau (TAB) processes Notices of Violation issued for violations of the rules governing conduct in subway and bus facilities of the New York City transit system, including fare evasion.

Accessibility services
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services are available at no cost for ASL users. You can use ASL interpretation when at the TAB office, including during hearings. Please contact TAB by phone or mail at least two weeks in advance of your visit to schedule this service. This service is provided via a Video Remote Interpretation Application.
- Language interpreter services are available in over 170 languages at no cost. You can use language interpreter services when calling TAB by phone and in person at the TAB office, including during a hearing.
